We spent 5 days here and had a great time in Saigon (3 adults and 2 kids). Sunny is centrally located, very near district 1. The area is quiet at night and we had a good sleep in the comfortable king size bed; you can't hear any noise from streets outside. They also provide a variety of tours which let us not have to find a kiosk to purchase tour tickets, a convenience store and the good cafeteria to the left of the building for your breakfast if you don't like cooking. The appliances, crockery, fridge, washing machine, etc. are all brand new and perfectly functional. They service towels and make beds whenever you ask. To be honest, we couldn't complain about anything. We would highly recommend it and would come back anytime.
